1. What we collect

When you book a transfer, tour or daily hire, we collect the details needed to arrange your trip: your name, phone number (usually your WhatsApp number), pickup and drop-off details, flight number (for airport transfers), travel dates and passenger count. If you contact us by email, we also have your email address and whatever you include in your message.

2. How we use it

We use your information to confirm and arrange your booking, share your details with the driver assigned to your trip, track your flight for airport pickups, and reply to your questions before or after your trip. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to complete your trip — mainly your name, contact number and pickup details with the driver assigned to you. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. WhatsApp

Most bookings and communication happen over WhatsApp, which is operated by WhatsApp/Meta and has its own privacy policy governing how messages are handled on their platform. Anything you send us there is used the same way as described above — to arrange and manage your booking.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as reasonably needed to handle your trip, respond to any follow-up questions, and meet our own record-keeping needs, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Reviews

If you choose to leave a review after your trip, we may display your first name and review text on our website. We only publish reviews we've genuinely received from real customers, quoted against their booking reference — we do not fabricate or edit reviews to change their meaning.

7. Website statistics

To see how many people visit our website and which pages they view, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records general information such as the page visited, the referring site and how fast the page loaded. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies or any other browser storage, does not fingerprint visitors, does not log URL query strings and does not store visitors’ IP addresses. We don’t use Google Analytics or advertising cookies. Separately, the site remembers your language, currency, light/dark mode, an unfinished booking form and whether you closed the announcement bar in your own browser (local storage); this stays on your device and is only sent to us when you choose to send your booking on WhatsApp.

8. Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at info@azerbaijantransfer.com or via WhatsApp.
