1. Who we are

AzerbaijanTransfer arranges private car transfers, day tours and daily driver hire within Azerbaijan. Bookings are made through our website calculator or directly via WhatsApp, and are confirmed personally by our team before your trip.

2. Making a booking

A booking is confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp confirming your route, vehicle, date, time and price. Please double-check your flight number, pickup address and passenger count when booking — this is what your driver will use to plan your pickup.

3. Pricing and payment

For routes with a fixed price shown on the site, that price is per car (not per person) and covers the vehicle for the route or duration agreed. For custom routes and daily-hire itineraries, we confirm a fixed price with you individually on WhatsApp before the trip. Prices are shown and quoted in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) unless otherwise agreed; the currency switcher on the site is for reference only.

There is no prepayment. You pay the driver in cash after the trip; we don't accept card payments. If you have any questions about payment, ask us on WhatsApp before your trip.

4. Changes to your booking

If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible — message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. For airport pickups we track your flight, so the driver adjusts to an early or late landing.

5. Cancellations

There is no prepayment, so there is nothing to pay or refund if your plans change. See our Cancellation Policy page.

6. Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate pickup details and be ready at the agreed time and place. For airport pickups, we track your flight automatically, so there's no need to send updates unless your flight is significantly delayed or cancelled. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings during the trip.

7. Our responsibilities

We work with professional, licensed local drivers and aim to provide a safe, comfortable, on-time service. If something goes wrong with your booking — a delay, a mix-up, or any other issue — please tell us on WhatsApp so we can put it right.

8. Liability

Transfers, tours and daily hire are provided by licensed local drivers and vehicle operators. While we take care in selecting drivers and confirming bookings, our liability for any claim relating to a trip is limited to the price paid for that trip, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
